This No Refund Policy ("Policy") explicitly states that all payments made for Axibrium training programs are FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. By enrolling in any of our training programs, you irrevocably agree to this no-refund condition.

Axibrium provides paid, project-based software training services. This Policy is designed to ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings regarding payment obligations.

Service Note: Axibrium provides training services only. We do not offer job placement, employment guarantees, or Internship opportunities.

Legal Acknowledgement

Limited Exceptions

The ONLY exceptions to our no-refund policy are:

1. Service Non-Delivery

If Axibrium completely fails to provide the training program as described (not partial issues, but complete non-delivery), a refund may be considered at our sole discretion.

Conditions: Must be reported within 24 hours of enrollment, with evidence of non-delivery. Does not include technical issues, partial access problems, or quality disagreements.

2. Duplicate Payment Processing

If a technical error results in duplicate charges for the same service, the duplicate payment will be refunded. This is not a program refund but a correction of payment processing error.
